(KFWB NEWS TALK 980) — In this city, known as the Crown of the Valley, one of its crown jewels is the Rose Bowl.
Construction of the stadium was completed in 1922, but it didn't officially get the name until the following year.
The Rose Bowl has grown over the years, but a project currently underway is actually going to shrink the seating capacity a bit.
