(CBS) – San Diego Chargers Tight End Antonio Gates missed practice on Thursday and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.

**Update** Norv Turner says Gates did not suffer a setback and will practice on Friday. He was scheduled to miss practice on Thursday. **

Gates did practice on Wednesday and it has been reported that Gates will only see the field during the game when the Chargers are in the red zone.
