Insurance Institute Releases List Of Best, Worst Child Booster Seats

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has released a new list of the best and worst child booster seats.

Booster seats are designed to keep children who have outgrown forward-facing restraints safe on the road.

The agency has named 31 seats as best bets, and is advising parents to avoid six brands that don't provide proper seat belt fit.
