RIALTO (CBS) — An ROTC instructor from Rialto has been arrested on suspicion of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child.

Thomas Hugh Danielly Jr., who works at Carter High School, is accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl.

The victim says the 49-year-old instructor, who was arrested Tuesday, assaulted her several times over the past few years.

Rialto police believe there may be additional victims.

Anyone with information about Danielly was asked to contact authorities.
