Style Week Orange County
Traditionally, Paris, London, Milan, and New York have been the fashion capitals of the world. However, Orange County boasts several premier shopping destinations including coastal Fashion Island, international shopping destination South Coast Plaza, and the popular open-air destination Irvine Spectrum Center. This week, Irvine Spectrum Center and Fashion Island have joined together for Style Week Orange County. From designer runway shows and celebrity guests to restaurant debuts and in-store events, here is what you can expect and what not to miss during the week-long style event.

On Thursdsay, October 6th, join the Restaurant Rave with celebrity chef/radio host Jamie Gwen and TV personality/cookbook author Mario Lopez as they host cooking demonstrations and showcase dining trends with a variety of eateries. Location: Giant Wheel Court
On Friday, October 7th, the center will host 3 not-to-be missed events including the OC Surf Sport Showcase where the Giant Wheel Court will come alive with some of the hottest trends from Orange County's surf and action apparel brands. On that same night, four upcoming designers will compete on the runway with original creations based on Cadillac car designs. Lastly, Nick Verreos will host a runway show which will include some of the top looks for this fall from Nordstrom, Macy's, Max Studio, and more.
Note: All three events, hosted by Nick Verreos, will take place at the Giant Wheel Court.

On Wednesday, October 5th, don't miss the David Meister Fashion Show where the celebrity designer will show his fall gowns followed by a meet and greet. Location: Neiman Marcus-Bloomingdale's Courtyard.
On Thursday, October 6th, celebrity designer Rachel Roy will present her fall collection. Location: Neiman Marcus-Bloomingdale's Courtyard.
On Saturday, October celebrity stylist Taylor Jacobson will offer one-on-one consultations at the Michael Stars Style Soiree. Guests can also sign up to receive a mini-makeover at the Michael Stars Boutique.
Additionally, on Saturday evening, there will be a Going Out in Style fashion show which will feature some of the best fall designer looks from Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, American Rag Cie, Elie Tahari, GARYS, Trina Turk and Vince. Location: Neiman Marcus-Bloomingdale's Courtyard.
