KOREATOWN (AP) — Police have two suspects in custody and are searching for two others in connection with a shooting that wounded a pair of undercover officers in Koreatown.

Sgt. Paul McLaughlin said Sunday that one officer had successful surgery on an eye after being hit in the face with buckshot from a shotgun. He is in stable condition. The other officer was grazed in the face and was treated for very minor injuries.

McLaughlin says the officers were in plain clothes in Koreatown late Saturday when they came upon a shooting in progress. The officers confronted a group of men who had opened fire on a woman, and then came under fire themselves.

Detectives are searching for two suspects in a dark-colored Nissan or Mitsubishi sedan.

Two juvenile suspects were detained but it’s unclear whether either of them is the shooter.

Ever since Red Square Bill Clinton stuck his nose into LA Law Enforcement and empowered the trash!
Being a sanctuary city (which is racist and violates fedeal laws) doesn’t help the cop on the street either.

Why don’t they put undercover cops in my neighborhood. There are always “shootings in progress” EVERY SINGLE DAY in South Los Angeles all over Figueroa Blvd. What do they do instead? Arrested prostitutes and johns. Yeah that’s really touch/hard work there…LOL…I just found out that it cost taxpayers a minimum of $5000.00 yes, $5000.00 to arrest just 1 prostitute…and then because the money is so good when they get out of jail they keep doing the same thing over and over again. What a f****** waste of taxpayer money. Insane. Most of the girls out here are not afraid of going in and out of jail anymore…what are you going to do about that LAPD???
