Police Ask For Public’s Help To Locate Missing South Pasadena Teen

UPDATE (8:30 p.m.): The girl has been located, police announced Sunday evening.

SOUTH PASADENA (CBS) — Police are asking for the public’s help to find a 16-year-old girl missing in South Pasadena.

Erika Kristine Rodriguez was last seen around 3 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of El Centro Avenue, according to South Pasadena police.

The teen was dropped off at school Friday morning, but police say she ditched classes with her boyfriend.  Rodriguez asked her boyfriend to go to Santa Barbara with her for a few days. But he declined.

Rodriguez does not have her cell phone with her, and police believe she ran away from home due to a recent family argument.

The missing girl is 5 feet-5 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has the word “Christian”  tattooed on her left side and her tongue is pierced.

The teen was last seen wearing a gray tank top, dark blue shorts and black and white flip flops.

Police said the boyfriend last saw Rodriguez walking to a local restaurant to meet a friend he did not know. It was unknown whether or not she decided to go to Santa Barbara without him.

Police urged anyone with information regarding the missing girl’s whereabouts to immediately contact police.

You know a photo would be a real help, since there must be at least 100×10 girls out there like that one. lol

  • rj

my money is on the bf having done something to her

Nah, I bet she’s hanging out with some friends in Santa Barbara whom she met online, and she’ll resurface on Tuesday or Wednesday. Not all these cases end badly.

I agree with Pratt Robert. Without a photo this could be millions of young girls. Someone needs to post a recent photo.

Several of the individuals that provided logistical support for the 9/11 Al Guido attack on the World Trade Center are currently residing in Milpitas California.

They may include several former and current employees from the C.I.A., D.O.J., D.O.D, pre- Home Land Security agencies and non-governmental agencies.

Most Americans realize that not one person involved with helping the 9/11 attacks occur have ever been brought to justice.

Yet how is it that majority of the terrorists could not speak English, 12 of the 9/11 terrorists could live for 2 weeks just 2 miles from NSA head quarters in Maryland, take flight simulator lessons on Jumbo jet trainers, they needed lodging, several of them where on State department terror watch lists, etc…

It just makes sense that a logistic support network existed before and after the attacks. After the attacks they helped mislead the 9/11 investigation by capturing patsy’s designed to take the fall.

“Must of” isn’t correct English grammar. It’s “must have”.

We always have the stupidest commenters here criticizing others. “He who lives in a glass house shouldn’t throw stones.”
