CHINO (CBS) — A missing 17-year-old teen who was last seen Saturday evening has been found safe and sound.

Officers with the Chino Police Department, the Chino Hills Police Department and four other agencies were searching the area around El Prado Regional Park after Stephen Strothers wandered away from his family.

His family told police the teen needed medication for schizophrenia and suffers from diminished mental capacity.
