3 Missing Hikers Found Safe In Devils Canyon
SIERRA MADRE (CBS) — Three missing hikers were found safe in the Angeles National Forest Tuesday morning and were walked out of the Devils Canyon area by search and rescue workers, authorities said.
The missing men, who were described as experienced hikers, set out Monday morning and were expected by family members to return around 5 or 6 p.m., according to authorities. They were reported missing at 10:45 p.m. Monday.
The hikers include two men from Los Angeles -- one who is 32 and one who's 45 -- and a 50-year-old man from Torrance.
