More NFL Players File Suit Against League
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Another group of former National Football League players have filed suit against the league and equipment makers over head injuries suffered during their careers.
The players filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court and include former Los Angeles Ram Rudolph Bukich, who now lives in Corona, and former Los Angeles Raider Brian Holloway.
The allegations include fraud, negligence, failure to warn, and products liability.
More than 75 current and former NFL players filed a similar suit in Los Angeles Superior Court in July and another group did so earlier this month in Philadelphia, including two-time Super Bowl quarterback Jim McMahon.
