Huntington Beach Defeats Japan, Captures LLWS Title
HUNTINGTON BEACH (CBS) — Huntington Beach has defeated Japan 2-1, capturing the Little League World Series title.
12-year-old Nick Pratto's two out single in the sixth inning was the difference as Ocean View got past Hamamatsu City, Japan.

Huntington Beach is the first Los Angeles/Orange County team to win the World Series since the Sean Burroughs led Long Beach team took home the title in back-to-back years in 1992 and 1993.
Chula Vista won the title in 2009.
