Huntington Beach is the first Los Angeles/Orange County team to win the World Series since the Sean Burroughs led Long Beach team took home the title in back-to-back years in 1992 and 1993.

Chula Vista won the title in 2009.

Very biased finals setup. It’s always the USA vs. an international team so the USA gets 50-50 chance of winning every year.

  3. Bob Murray says:

What “Sean Burroughs led Long Beach team”? He never led the team and the only reason he’s part of the team was his dad is the coach.
