'KFWB On Your Corner' Invades Burbank On Sept. 16

(KFWB 980) — KFWB NEWS TALK 980 will shine a spotlight on Burbank with "KFWB on Your Corner" on Friday, September 16, as the station continues its monthly close-up look at communities throughout the region.

KFWB will broadcast live throughout the day from Bob's Big Boy, a Burbank historical landmarks. Programming will focus on the city's current political issues, improvement projects, tourism, entertainment and the city's colorful history. Civic leaders and local residents will be featured guests throughout the day.

The live coverage will begin at 5:00am with LA's Morning News featuring Penny Griego & Phil Hulett. At 9:00am it's Money 101 with Bob McCormick. In the afternoon Les Brown will be live beginning at 2:00pm and LA's Afternoon News with Maggie McKay & Michael Shappee will air 4 – 7:00pm.
