Woman Critical, Man Wounded In Sun Valley Shooting

SUN VALLEY (CBS) — A 25-year-old woman was critically injured in a shooting in Sun Valley Wednesday evening, police said.

A 23-year-old man in the same car was hospitalized in stable condition, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Gregory Baek.

Stu Mundel, reporting for KCAL9, said the woman bore the brunt of the shooting but that the man was also in serious condition.

Police were called to Roscoe Boulevard and Webb Avenue at 6:34 p.m.

There was no suspect information, Baek said.
