Celebrity Fitness Trainer Creates App To Get You In Shape At Affordable Price

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — It's a customized workout designed with your body type in mind. A celebrity fitness trainer (some of his clients include Jessica Biel, Heather Locklear, Ashley Judd, Chris Evans, NY Yankee Aaron Boone and boxer Laila Ali) came up with the method...but you can get in shape for a lot less than the stars pay.

Where do we sign up?

CBS2's Suraya Fadel went in search of the training method and the trainer.

And as she reported in the CBS2 News at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, the app that Steve Zim has come up with, means training isn't going to cost you an arm and a leg... it's a price everyone can afford.

$1.99? You can't beat that. (To be fair, free would beat it...but let's not quibble.)

His method is called "Hot Point" -- it uses lighter weights and targets specific muscle groups.

Steve Zim's new app is "Zim Fit" and he says it's easy to follow, simple to use and gaurantees winning results.
