GARDENA (CBS) — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a brazen armed robber who held up a meat market in Gardena last month.

The robbery , which occurred about 8:20 a.m. on July 20, took place Paisano Meat in the 1500 block of W. Rosecrans Avenue, according to Gardena police.

Police say the suspect – identified as a Hispanic male — is believed to be in his 20s.

He is described as between 5’5 to 5’9, weighs 160 pounds and was last seen wearing dark-colored pants, a dark sweater and a baseball cap with a “P” on the front. Police say he was armed with a handgun.
