LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Three men were recovering after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in downtown Los Angeles.
Los Angeles police believe the victims were struck by a gray Audi A-4, possibly a 2007 model, in a parking lot under construction at 11th and Hill Streets about 2:45 a.m. Sunday.
The men suffered cuts and scrapes but were not seriously hurt, according to Los Angeles police Officer Manuel Hernandez of the Central Traffic Division.
The vehicle was seen traveling north on Hill Street. It is believed to have sustained front-end damage on its right side, Hernandez added.
Anyone with more information about the accident or the whereabouts of the Audi driver was urged to call police at (213) 972-1853.
