LOS ANGELES (CBS) — NHL Player Sean Avery is out on bail Friday afternoon after being arrested for shoving a Los Angeles Police officer.

Police were answering a complaint about loud noise at Avery's Hollywood Hills home at about 1 a.m. Officers say Avery answered the door and shoved an officer before slamming the door.
