ROSEMEAD (CBS) — A 27-year-old Monterey Park man has been arrested after allegedly drugging and raping a woman in Rosemead hotel room.

The LA County Sheriff’s Department announced that Ming He was taken into custody about 9 p.m.  Thursday.

Sgt. Steve Kim said deputies received a call from a woman who said she had woken up in an unfamiliar hotel room and completely naked.
