Christopher Schwarzenegger Released From Hospital Following Surfing Accident
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Christopher has been released from a local hospital.
Christopher Schwarzenegger, 13, was released Monday following a surfing accident in Malibu July 17.
"Blessed to be able to take Christopher out of the hospital last night. What a feeling of relief to know that he's going to be fine," Shriver posted on Twitter Tuesday.
Christopher Schwarzenegger reportedly suffered several broken bones and a collapsed lung in the accident.
"Thanks for all your support for Christopher. It means a lot to me & to him. He's doing much better & we'll have him back at full speed soon," Arnold Schwarzenegger tweeted Monday.
