Search Is On For 'Distressed' Hiker In Topanga State Park

LOS ANGELES (CBS)  — Rescuers searched for a hiker Sunday evening in Topanga State Park, a Los Angeles fire official said.

The distressed hiker was reported at 6:55 p.m. at 1600 Via Las Palmas, Matt Spence of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

As of 8 p.m., the search was continuing by air and ground, Spence said.
