KFWB On Your Corner: Eli Broad
(KFWB 980) — There's one man who, perhaps more than any other, has put his signature mark on the city.
After striking California gold in the 50's real estate market and then diversifying into the insurance business -- ultimately building two Fortune 500 companies — Eli Broad, along with his wife Edythe, are now devoting their time and resources to philanthropy.
Phil Hulett met with Eli Broad in his Century City office for a little history lesson, and Broad said every great city has been built on a vibrant center.
