Judge To Decide On Dodgers' Bankruptcy Financing Plan
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A Delaware judge is deciding whether to grant final approval to the Los Angeles Dodgers' proposed $150 million bankruptcy financing plan.
Wednesday's hearing began with the Dodgers' official committee of unsecured creditors withdrawing its objection to the team's proposed hedge fund financing.
Major League Baseball still objects and is pushing its own financing offer.
The Dodgers say the league's offer is simply an attempt to take over the team.
