(CBS) – Despite the NBA lockout, the league has released its complete schedule for the 2011-2012 season, with the Los Angeles Lakers hosting the Chicago Bulls on Christmas Day.

The Lakers will also tip-off the season a day earlier than most teams, with a November 1st game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

On December 15th, the Lakers head to Dallas for their first meeting with the champions since being swept out of the NBA playoffs, the Mavericks will come to Staples Center on January 16th.

December 8th the Lakers will face LeBron James and the Heat, with a return visit from Miami coming on March 4th.
