Fajardo says a suspected drunken driver was arrested after going around barricades, and one or more bicyclists also were intercepted. She says she's still trying to pin down details of the cycling incident, but officers now have orders to arrest anyone trying to enter the shuttered freeway.
The 405 segment is closed for 53 hours so crews can partially demolish a bridge.
