Masseur, 28, Charged With Sexually Assaulting 3 Clients

WESTMINSTER (CBS) — A 28-year-old masseur has been charged with sexually assaulting three clients at a  Seal Beach business, according to Orange County prosecutors.

Jason Michael Elliott, a Sunset Beach resident, pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of assault with intent to commit a sexual offense.

Prosecutors allege that between August 4, 2009 and April 29, 2010, Elliott assaulted three women at Seal Beach Massage Envy.

Two of Elliott's alleged victims were in their 30s, another in her 20s. When one of the thirty-something women reported the assault to Seal Beach police, prosecutors said an investigation turned up the other two complainants.

Elliott was fired after his bosses learned of the allegations.

Prosecutors said Elliott found new work at a business in Mission Viejo and elsewhere in Orange County and they believe there could be potentially more victims.

Elliott is no longer certified as a massage therapist, according to the DA's office.

Elliott reportedly posted $100,000 bail and was released on a promise to be in court Friday.

He faces up to eight years and eight months in prison if convicted.
