Halle Berry's Alleged Stalker Enters Not Guilty Plea

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A man accused of stalking actress Halle Berry pleaded not guilty to a felony stalking charge in court Wednesday afternoon.

Richard Anthony Franco, 27, was arrested Monday night after allegedly climbing over a backyard wall at Berry's Hollywood Hills home.

Berry identified him as the same man who had showed up at her house on Saturday and Sunday.

Franco is due back in court July 27 for hearing to determine if there is enough evidence for him to stand trial.
