Alleged Stalker Arrested At Halle Berry's Hollywood Hills Home

HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — A man was booked on suspicion of stalking Tuesday morning after he showed up at actress Halle Berry's Hollywood Hills home.

Richard Franco, 27, was arrested Monday night after residents called police to report a possible burglar in the neighborhood.

Franco allegedly climbed over Berry's backyard wall Monday, according to TMZ.

Berry identified him as the same man who had showed up at her house on Saturday and Sunday.
