Firefighters Knock Down 16-Acre Blaze In Baldy Mesa

BALDY MESA (CBS) — Firefighters have knocked down a 16-acre blaze burning in the south side of Badly Mesa.

The fire broke out about 3:10 p.m. near Mesquite and Capelin Road.

It destroyed at least one structure and prompted the evacuation of several homes, according to authorities.
