Missing Perris Woman Suffers From Schizophrenia, Depression

PERRIS (CBS) — Authorities Friday asked for the public's help in finding a missing 41-year-old woman who suffers from schizophrenia.

Carmen Chapman was reported missing Wednesday morning from her home in the 21500 block of Ellis Avenue in Perris.

She also suffers from depression and was not on her medications at the time of her disappearance, sheriff's Sgt. Todd Pauling said.

Chapman was described as Latina, 5 feet 2 inches tall, and 150 pounds. She has long brown hair, brown eyes and a mole under her left eye.

She was last seen wearing a black and white dress and purple sandals.

Chapman, who has been known to frequent Moreno Valley, could be driving a 2008 Scion XB with California license plate 6AGZ081.
