Dine On A Dime: Osteria la Buca

HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Osteria la Buca celebrates the soul of Los Angeles with the heart of Italy on the famed Melrose Avenue.

"We practice what we call grass roots Italian cooking," said owner Graham Snyder.

The eatery features a loft-like atmosphere inside and a menu that focuses on fresh California ingredients and handmade pastas.

Portions are big enough to share, although its not required, and prices allow you to dine on a dime: $20 gets diners pizza, wine and tiramisu.

Osteria la Buca is open Tuesday through Sunday and offers both lunch and dinner.
