New court documents obtained by the San Bernardino Sun detail an alleged sexual relationship that went on for months between 31-year-old Nathan Gastineau and a 15-year-old Explorer.
The documents say she and Gastineau allegedly started having sex in 2010.
Investigators say photos and videos were seized from Gastineau’s home and locker, one of which allegedly shows him having sex with the girl, according to court records.
Gastineau’s family, however, is sticking by his side. His father told CBS2’s Nicole Gonzales that he doesn’t believe the allegations about his son.
The former 10-year veteran will be arraigned on June 27. He faces three counts of lewd acts with a child and another three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse.
The Sheriff’s Department would not comment about the case Friday.
