LAGUNA BEACH (CBS) — Laguna Beach residents are taking the idea of a “artsy” community to a whole new level.

At the annual “Pageant of the Masters” you can watch art come to life with the recreation of classical and contemporary masterpieces using people, props, costumes, lighting and backdrops.

The event runs from July 7-Aug. 31, with nightly performances at 8:30 p.m.
