At Least 3 Detained After Brief Chase In NoHo
NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Police Monday detained at least three people following a brief chase in North Hollywood.
The Los Angeles Police Department says the pursuit ended near Laurel Canyon Boulevard just south of Sherman Way about 1:30 p.m. and the vehicle's occupants apparently fled, prompting a search of the neighborhood.
Footage from a television news crew showed police holding as many as three people at gunpoint outside a liquor store. It was unclear how many people were arrested.
Police say one suspect is still being sought. He is bald, believed to be between 18 to 25 years of age and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
