Dogs That Were Dumped Along Imperial Highway Now Up For Adoption

HAWTHORNE (CBS) — Several dogs that where dumped on Imperial Highway in El Segundo last month are now looking for better homes.

Lulu, Starr and Suzie are now up for adoption at the Hawthorne Animal Shelter. As many as 15 of the Terrier-Chihuahua mix dogs were spotted running through traffic on April 27th after someone dumped them on the highway. Some of the dogs we hit, some were captured while others ran off.

A $5,000 reward is being offered to help catch whoever abandoned the dogs.
