ANAHEIM (AP) — The California Highway Patrol says a woman whose body was found on an Orange County freeway apparently was struck by a taxi.
CHP Officer Jennifer Hinks says the body was found Wednesday night between southbound lanes of State Route 57 in Anaheim.
Hinks tells City News Service that the woman appeared to have been struck by a taxi and the driver stopped.
Someone was earlier seen walking on the freeway shoulder but Hinks say it’s not clear whether it was the woman.
