Habitat For Humanity Helping Women And Families Build New Lives
STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Actress T'keyah Crystal Keymah and Michael Mizrahi of Habitat for Humanity San Fernando/Santa Clarita Valleys visited the KCAL 9 studios Monday to talk about the upcoming Women's Empowerment Build this weekend.
Women's Empowerment Build is an opportunity for women and those who love them to help build homes and raise funds to lift working families out of poverty housing through Habitat for Humanity San Fernando/Santa Clarita Valleys programs.
On 14-15, over 500 women will participate in this year's activity, helping build 10 homes and a neighborhood playground.
