LA Sheriff’s Deputy Denies Having Sex With Teen Relative

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy is denying allegations that he had sex with a teenage relative.

County prosecutors say 34-year-old Deputy Orlando Denison pleaded not guilty Friday to two sex-related charges, both of them felonies. He faces up to three years and eight months in state prison if convicted.

Prosecutors allege the offenses occurred in July 2010 and involve a female relative who was 16 at the time.

Denison was arrested at his Long Beach home Thursday. Bail was set for $100,000.

Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said the department has begun the process of relieving Denison without pay.

Hey Whitmore, have you ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? You can’t relieve him without pay…MORON it’s againt the law….Nice try though trying to sound all tough!

    • BV

Mike you are the moron, reading comprehension,
      In the process of relieving
It will take time, I believe the officer will resign
      rather than face charges

He didn’t know the teenager was his relative, oh wait, he didn’t know that the relative was underage. Tigerblood,

What is this? Are we in Alabama?

Without denying the officer’s actions likely in some manner or other were stupid and inappropriate, I can absolutely promise you that (1) the young lady in question was absolutely a willing participant in the alleged acts, (2) absolutely will not be 100% truthful on the stand and will distort and exaggerate the true facts, and (3) ABSOLUTELY will be coached by the prosecutor on what to say or not say. You can go to the bank that all three of the above statements are the absolute truth. You can also be assured that the Preliminary Trial will be a farce as most of them in these cases are just that. At the Prelim, the only testimony that will be heard is any testimony that goes against the defendant. The defendant does not get to offer any testimony on his behalf at the Prelim. In these cases, the Prelims simply cost the defendants more bucks to the lawyers.

The kid is of NO blood line (adopted into the fam). I’ll be the 1st to say what he did was wrong. I hope this goes away quickly and that the punishment fits the bill.

    • Debbie Avila

“The kid is of NO blood line (adopted into the fam).” You are disgusting…I thought when someone adopts a child, that child is now THEIR FAMILY WHETHER BLOOD OR NOT…once again, you are disgusting.

  • Jason S

If this pig did this to his own family I can only imagine what he has done to the public.

The police department needs a major overhaul with its training procedures as too many moron lunatics are ending up with badges and guns.
