Fight Over Chuck E. Cheese Parking Spot Leads To Murder

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Investigators are looking for a man who shot and killed a man during an argument in a Chuck E. Cheese Restaurant parking lot.

According to police, the fatal shooting occurred between 7 and 8:15 p.m. on April 28 at La Alameda Plaza in the 7700 block of Alameda Street in the unincorporated Walnut Park area.

Daniel Villanueva, 29, of Huntington Park, was sitting inside his car when the suspect shot and killed him after a fight over a parking spot.

The suspect was described as a 20 to 25-year-old Latino man, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a slim build, light complexion and an overgrown fade style haircut. He was wearing a white shirt and dark Levi pants.  A Latina woman was inside the suspect's truck during the shooting. She was described as 20 to 25-years-old, 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 6 inches, weighing 120 to 125 pounds. She has long black hair and was wearing blue jeans and a sleeveless dress blouse.

The suspect's vehicle was described as a silver, two-door, 2000 Series Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, with alloy wheels, tinted windows, tinted head and tail lights covers and California license plates.
