HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — A 23-year-old Reseda man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly raping a woman in the parking lot of the ArcLight movie theater in Hollywood, police said.
Police were notified of the alleged attack in the 1400 block of Ivar Avenue about 3 a.m. Sunday, according to a Los Angeles police statement.
Initial reports indicated that the victim, who is in her 20s, was accosted by five men, but Wednesday’s announcement indicated that Chris Cordoza of Reseda, acted alone. He was taken into custody Tuesday at his work in the 8900 block of Wilshire Boulevard.
The woman told a friend of the attack and that person called authorities. The woman was taken to a hospital where she was treated and released.

How frigging ignorant are you? It’s probably ok to beat women too, if they speak up. This woman was assaulted by a # of people not just the one man, basically gang raped. Hardly consentual.

hey a lot of times a woman will go into survival mode and not put up too much a fight for fear of being physically hurt more or even killed…I would enver blame a woman who feared for her life especially if there were apparently 5 guys on look out. Don’t condone this type of cave-man behavior because one day it could be someone you care about or love.
It ruins lives when women keep thier mouths shut about these attacks too.

While there is no whole story here the point blank fact is that once a woman says no…it’s a no…even if she says yes first (not that this lady did) then changes her mind…it’s still rape. if she is faded and doesn’t realize what she is doing…it could be rape…
