LOS ANGELES (CBS) — You can look like Kate Middleton for a fraction of what she paid for her fairytale-inspired wedding dress.

Okay, so William doesn’t come with the gown or the auction (darn) but all money does go to a good cause.

Designer Allen B. Schwartz is offering his homage (or knock off if you prefer) of the dress in an auction that starts tonight, April 29, and runs through May 16.

Hours after Middleton wore her stunner, Schwartz was putting the final touches on his lovely look-a-like.

His dress made its debut at the 18th annual Race to Erase MS event at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.

The winning bidder will have the dress custom made to fit.
