Driver Injured After BB Gun Pellets Fired At Metro Bus

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (AP) — Authorities say BB gun pellets were fired at a Los Angeles bus, shattering two of its windows and leaving a Metro driver with an injured right hand.

No passengers were reported injured.

Los Angeles police were looking for a suspect late Wednesday. Sheriff's officials said that the pellet shots were fired from the north side of Vernon Avenue in South Los Angeles at about 10:25 p.m. Wednesday.
