Paris Hilton To Testify Against Alleged Burglary Suspect
VAN NUYS (CBS) — Paris Hilton is expected to testify against the man accused of breaking into her Beverly Hills home and threatening her with a knife.
Pretrial motions concluded Monday morning in the felony burglary case against Nathan Lee Parada. Jury selection is expected to begin Tuesday, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
Officials say Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits, is expected to testify. Waits was at Hilton's residence when the break-in occurred.
A trial date has not been set. If convicted, Parada could be sentenced to six years in prison.
