Suspect Arrested In Rialto Taco Bell Shooting

RIALTO (CBS) — Police arrested a suspect Tuesday in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old man who was gunned down at a Taco Bell.

Joshua Huizar, 19,  and his girlfriend were at the drive-through in a Rialto Taco Bell during the early morning of April 10, when a gunman, identified as Dalray Kawane Andrews, demanded that he hand over his wallet.

Huizar gave Andrews his wallet and sped away. Andrews then fired at the vehicle and struck Huizar, who died in his girlfriend’s arms.

I hate the way you are trapped in a fast food line. I always try to be on the lookout for trouble when I am in one

That’s awesome. That’s great for the family of the victim. Unfortunately, many murders are unsolved. If the suspect is convicted, can anyone think of a reason why he deserves to live?

      “Thank You”

    • d-bo

Yeah, put him in solitary confinement for the rest of his life so he’ll die out of boredom!

      • nek

Better than that if you want him to die of boredom sentence him to having to read the Press Enterprises news column every day for the rest of his life, since they publish the same news over and over for weeks. Sometimes months.

  • Den

No, that’s being too kind. It’s better to execute the coward so he will never be out on parole

  • Drop it like its hot

I think we should strap a bomb to his body and throw his a$$ out of an airplane over Afghanistan.
