Dodgers Total Payroll Ranks 12th In MLB

(CBS) — USA Today has released the opening day payrolls for all MLB clubs and the Los Angeles Dodgers are in the top half of the league.

The Blue Crew open the season with a payroll topping $104 million ($104,188,999); closer to the lowest team, the Kansas City Royals ($36,126,000) than the New York Yankees at the top ($202,689,028).

The Los Angeles Angels rank fourth in baseball with a payroll of around $139 million.
