LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police evacuated City Hall East as a precaution after a suspicious package was found on the 14th floor Tuesday morning.

LAPD’s bomb squad was sent to the building at First and Main streets in downtown Los Angeles. The item was later removed after the bomb squad determined that it was not explosive.
