STUDIO CITY (CBS) — If you’ve been waiting for spring, there’s just one more day before Mother Nature catches up to the calendar.

While the rain has ended, temperatures are still hovering below average by about 5 to 7 degrees.

High pressure will build in through the week with an increasing off-shore flow, which is going to warm us up a bunch through Friday.

We hit the 70s by Tuesday, and can expect some 80-degree temperatures by Thursday.

For the short term, look for the possibility of wind advisories through the Grapevine and in the high desert with some patchy AM fog at the beach.

It looks like a dry forecast for the next 10 days.

Coastal – mid 60s
Basin – upper 60s
Valleys – low 70s
Deserts – upper 60s
Mountains – low 50s
