LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police want to know the identity of a man who broke into a Boyle Heights preschool without his clothes.

The preschool’s video surveillance system recorded the nude man inside the entryway no November 14, 2010 at about 8 p.m. and again on March 6, 2011 at about 3 p.m. Los Angeles, police spokesman Officer Richard French said.

The suspect forced his way into the “Centro De Alegria” Pre-School in Boyle Heights. Once inside the suspect ransacked the school, looking for items of value and leaving with various items of property including money and keys.

After committing the burglary, but before leaving the school, the suspect can be seen taking off his clothing and masturbating while parading around the lobby.

“He is shown parading around for several minutes while engaging in strange behavior of a sexual nature,” French said.

“Investigators are working diligently to identify, locate and apprehend the suspect to prevent further activity.”

    Just another example of why it’s so important for schools to have video surveillance cameras. Hopefully this man will be identified soon thanks to the technology.
