DESPERATE PEOPLE WITH POWER TOOLS = POTENTIAL HARM TO THOSE WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING…WORKING FOR A LIVING CAN EVEN LEAD TO A NEAR DEATH SITUATION(S)!… WHETHER IT WAS 10 AM OR 10PM. IN THIS CASE ONE WITH A GUN, ON A BICYCLE, HAD AN INTENTION TO FEED HIS ADDICTION AKA AS WINNING… PIZZA WAS NOT ON HIS MENU… A SAD CASE OF DESPERATE MEASURES AND MORE TO BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR.
