Duncan was charged with killing and torturing 10-year-old Anthony Martinez, who was abducted in 1997. His body was later found near Joshua Tree National Park.

Duncan confessed to the slaying after being arrested and convicted in Idaho for the 2005 killings of two boys, their mother and her fiance, and the abduction of the boys’ sister.

Prosecutors are set to discuss the plea at a Tuesday afternoon press conference.

I remember seeing the billboards near the Blythe, Palm Springs area back 1997. This un-human animal should get tortured every day for the rest of his life. And it still would not be enough for what he did to these families. May you rot in hell.

There is no reason he should still be living. What a horrible deranged animal. Your right to torture this thing everyday would not be enough.

I certainly would like to have a couple of hours in a cell with this monster. I would show this monster how it feels to be raped and tortured!
